Regarding the installation, the wall LED bathroom mirror can be installed either by wall switch or hard-wired. Wall switch installation is the easier option, with clear manual instructions and videos provided. Hard-wired installation, on the other hand, is recommended to be carried out by a professional electrician.

This LED mirror is typically used in bathrooms and can be dimmed. Simply long-press the touch button to adjust the brightness to your desired level, and the smart memory function will retain the previous lighting status even after turning the mirror off and on again.

One of the unique features of this mirror is the defog function. By touching the anti-fog button on the mirror, it will clear the surface completely within 5-10 minutes, in a safe and energy-efficient manner. The LED mirror's light and anti-fog are controlled separately, ensuring optimal performance.

It's worth noting that we strongly recommend including additional ceiling or wall lighting to serve as the primary lighting in the bathroom. The LED light in this mirror is a diffuse light that is not intended to be the primary lighting source, as it does not project into the corners of the room effectively.

To prevent possible overheating issues, we have set the defogging function to automatically turn off after one hour of use.

Regarding product returns, if you receive a damaged or incorrect mirror (wrong color or size), no return is needed. Simply take photos of the mirror, including the barcode/label on the package, and send them to us. We will provide a 100% satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
